Jarltech is a leading European specialist distributor of point of sale (POS) systems and Auto-ID hardware and has been coordinating the products of well-established manufacturers for 20 years.
Due to an expansion, Jarltech needed to move to a larger office, which they found in central Brighton.
The brief
Jarltech wanted to create a modern, open plan office to accomodate different types of working. This needed to include a breakout area, space for informal meetings and a sophisticated boardroom.
The approach
After a trip to Clerkenwell to see furniture options first hand, we were able to narrow down our suggested furniture selection. We specified banquette seating upholstered in vinyl and artisan oak tables for the staff breakout space. Cwtch sofa booths for informal meetings and the modular seating for the centre of the office, were both sourced from Orangebox. A Fuse high back sofa for web calls was sourced from Sixteen3.
The desks were supplied with black frames and oak tops for a contemporary feel. They were also fitted with acoustic screens to provide privacy for employees.
We were especially pleased to supply a sit stand meeting room table from Assman, accompanied by Allowme chairs to facilitate meetings sitting, standing or perching!
