Designed as an alternative to building permanent meeting room in your office. Meeting pods provide a private space that can be quickly and easily installed. In-built lighting and ventilation provide a workaround for possible building regulation issues that building walls might encounter.
Can they be moved?
Absolutely, Office pods can be dismantled and re-built should you ever move workspaces in the future – a true investment piece.
What sizes do Office Pods come in?
Meeting pods come in all shapes and sizes. Some are made for individuals to take calls or work in, such as a phone booth or single office structure. Others are built to be a traditional meeting room seating 8-10 people. With office space at a premium, pods provide an excellent solution for privacy, flexibility and hybrid working.
If you are looking for a less formal option, then alternative products include acoustic sofas or booths. These are even more adaptable than meeting pods due to their smaller footprint. Booths still provide space for a private conversation, focused work or a much-needed break away from the desk.
How much does a meeting pod cost?
Meeting or office pods come in all different sizes and finishes, but our range starts from £4995 + vAT for a single person zoom booth.
Why can’t I buy online?
You can buy some pods online, but imagine how disappointed you’d be if you can’t get it into your office or it doesn’t fit into the space you’d like it to fit into. That would make it a very expensive paperweight. We like to talk to you to find out exactly what you are looking for and then we can suggest a couple of options. Most importantly we have an installation questionnaire that we can fill out together to make sure that your new office pod can fit smoothly into your space.
What finishes can I have?
There is a huge range of finishes and fabrics on offer for both office pods and booths. So you needn’t compromise on your aesthetic. With both conventional finishes and those with a softer feel, each product can be adapted. There are many different colour, table, light and power options available. Whatever you’re looking for, we’ll help you find a product that’s right for your workspace.
