The Client

When Brighton-based telemarketing specialists Qualifa were redesigning their offices, they were determined to create a call centre that didn’t look or feel like a traditional one. Keen to use colour and give a feeling of space, it was really important to them to look after their staff with well-adjusted workstations.

The Brief

Qualifa wanted to define the following areas:

  • Main office for call centre
  • Three meeting rooms
  • Quiet space
  • HR/finance office
  • MD’s office

The Approach

For the main office we chose a Freeway benching system with central dividing screens and fully adjustable monitor arms. The Joy task chair with height adjustable armrests was selected, as it offered good adjustment at an affordable cost. We used a simple round table with four legged chairs from senator in the meeting rooms with each room in a different corporate colour.

The Freeway bench and Joy task chairs were also used in the HR/ finance office and we sourced a complementary range of lockable tambour storage to match. In the MD office and quiet space we used free standing desks with cable management and more of the excellent Joy task chairs.
